The all-inclusive fee of £1440 (VAT exempt) covers the whole Windsor experience with us, including:
– all meals and refreshments during the course of the Conversation
– accommodation in St George’s House
– facilitation and support.
Our general policy is to confirm places three months prior to the Conversation taking place. We will issue invoices in the week beginning July 15th.
Cancellations before Friday 9th August will incur no charge. Any cancellation between 12th August and 13th September will require full payment of the invoice. However, this payment can be transferred to another overnight Conversation within 6 months of the 13th October 2024.
Full payment of the invoice is due by 13th September 2024. In the event of cancellation after this date, full payment of the fee will be due, and you will have the option of nominating an appropriate individual to take your place as a substitute.
