Booking your place:

The fee of £490 (VAT exempt) covers facilitation and support as well as all meals and refreshments during the course of the Conversation.

Our general policy is to confirm places three months prior to the Conversation taking place.  We will issue invoices in the week beginning September 9th. If you wish to cancel your place, you can do so within six days of the date of our invoice, and no charge will be due.

In the event of cancellation after 5.00pm on Friday, November 1st, full payment of the fee will be due, and you will have the option of nominating an appropriate individual to take your place as a substitute.
