The fee of £500 (VAT exempt) covers facilitation and support as well as all meals and refreshments during the course of the Conversation.

Booking terms & Cancellation Policy:

Invoices will be issued at the point of booking and this is confirmation of your place.

Cancellations within six days of the date of the invoice will incur no charge.
Cancellations received by 31st October: Payment can be transferred to another conversation within your current term of membership.
Any cancellation received after 31st October: Payment is non-transferable.
You will have the option of nominating an appropriate individual to take your place as a substitute.
