Booking your place

The all-inclusive fee of £745 (VAT exempt) covers the whole Windsor experience with us, including:

– all meals and refreshments during the course of the Conversation

– accommodation in St George’s House on the Thursday night

– facilitation and support.

We will issue invoices as soon as the Conversation is fully booked and in any event no later than the week beginning July 8th. This fee includes a deposit of £245 that is due within seven days of the date of the invoice.

If you find that you need to cancel your booking, the deposit can be transferred to another overnight Conversation within four months of this one so long as you notify us before 10.00am on Friday, August 16th.

In the event of cancellation after 10.00am on Friday, August 30th, payment of the full fee will be due, in which case you will have the option of nominating a colleague at Director level as your substitute.
