The fee of £400 (VAT exempt) covers all costs linked to your attendance at the Conversation on the day, as well as the cost of putting together a summary of key insights that we will send you within 8 days.
We will issue invoices in the week beginning December 3rd. If you pay the full fee in advance and then find that you need to cancel, we will reimburse your fee so long as you cancel before 10.00am on Friday, January 18th.
After this date, payment of the full fee will be due, in which case you will have the option of nominating a colleague at Director level as your substitute.
